What type of exercises are included in the program?
Boot camp exercises include: crunches, short-distance running, lunges, calisthenics, jumping rope, Swiss ball, Kettle ball and medicine ball training, ball drills, obstacle courses, push-ups, weight machines and much more! We use a wide variety of training to make it fun for you to get fit! This complete training method will provide you the opportunity to attain total health and wellness.

What is the cost to enlist in Boot Camp?
Each 4-week Boot Camp has a registration fee of $149. That’s 12 hours of fitness training averaging out to just $12.00 per hour! You don’t want to miss this opportunity to get fit with this motivating group!
